Downsizing can be necessary for any number of reasons, and we can work with you to decide what you need to keep , what you don't need, and how to handle what you don't. We like to lean toward green, not just sending unwanted items to landfill, but to donate or recycle as much as possible.

We have worked with seniors moving from a single family home to Independent or Assisted Living. We can work with the family or with the senior directly. It can be very emotional for people to change their life so dramatically, and it can be easier for a third party like us to assist, rather than family members. We understand the challenges and have been through it with our own families.

Hi, I'm Elizabeth (Liz) Austen.
I was born and raised in Ohio with that midwestern work ethic and a strong mom who trained us from childhood to clean up after ourselves, put things away, keep things neat and organized.
I lived in NYC for 10 years where I gained experience clearing out vacant apartments for realtor friends including some heavy duty work like clearing out a hoarding situation and prepping for renovations.
I’ve been decluttering and organizing other people’s space for over 2 decades and I can help with yours!

She has excellent organizational skills and helped me sort out and deliver the items we could give away and helped find which place would take what donation and then make deliveries there.
